  • Unopened, Unused Items: We accept returns on items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. If it’s been opened, eaten, or used, it’s yours to keep.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods like sweets, tea, and coffee are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Our Bad: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

4. How to Start a Return:

5. Refunds:

6. Return Shipping:

  • No Direct Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you’ll need to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order.
