Where's My Stuff?
We know you're excited to get your goodies, so here's the lowdown on how we ship:
Shipping Basics
Processing Time: We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days after you place it
(excluding weekends and holidays). If there's a delay, we'll give you a heads-up.
Shipping Rates: We keep it simple:
o Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $9.99 flat rate.
o Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $19.99 flat rate.
o Spend $75 or more, and shipping is on us (U.S. only)!
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can stalk your package right to your
doorstep.
International Orders
We ship to select countries, but rates and delivery times will vary. Heads up: International orders may
come with extra customs fees, taxes, or duties that you’ll be responsible for.
Important Stuff
No P.O. Boxes: We ship to street addresses only—no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Issues: If your package gets lost or damaged in transit, drop us a line at [your email
address] within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll sort it out with the carrier.
Address Oops: Double-check your shipping info before you hit that "Place Order" button. We’re
not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if you give us the wrong info.
